Dizzy women spinning across the country to raise money for IT resources in Stampers -

Caroline, mam of Saffi in school and Summer in Stampers, said:

“As many of you might know, Summer has been missing a few milestones in her development, and I have struggled to find support for her. However, Stampers has been very supportive of all our family and I want to give something back. I’m going to ride the coast to coast.”

Siobhan, Stampers Preschool Leader, said:

“Great! That sound fun. I’ll come too…”

Caroline said: “By the way, I only have childcare for 1 night – so we’re doing it in 2 days!”

Siobhan said: …actually, she didn’t say much, just looked a bit wide eyed with panic, thinking, “but that’s 70 miles a day.”

We start on 13th May from Whitehaven, and finish 14th May in Tynemouth, stopping over at Alston (mostly in the Cumberland Arms!)…

Our target is £600 to buy 2 second hand ipads with robust covers, an Apple TV box, and a flat screen which can be wall mounted. These will make a massive difference to Stampers, as there are some fabulous apple apps for Early Years education…which when we use we can project through the TV screen and share with groups of children…
