Welcome to our just giving page for STARDUST - A very new and exciting group for young adults (aged 18-25) with additional needs who are passionate about musicals and have a love for performing.

The impetus to develop STARDUST came from a group of parents from St Francis School in Lincoln. Having watched many wonderful productions at the school, from “War Horse” to “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and “Mary Poppins” this year, it was clear to see the joy, happiness and pride each student experienced from performing together.

With many of their sons and daughters about to leave school, they were determined to ensure their love of drama continued and also to provide a place where they could continue their friendships whilst making new ones - and so the idea of STARDUST was sown.

With the help of the charity Every-One (a Lincolnshire based charity for Carers and those they care for) STARDUST has now become a reality.

Our ethos for STARDUST is built on:
• Inclusion – a place to have fun and be together with friends
• Creativity – a place where everyone can share ideas and feel part of a team
• Positivity – a place where everyone can feel proud and a sense of achievement
• Choice – a place where everyone can make their own choices and feel free to express themselves... to be themselves.

In addition, STARDUST offers a social opportunity for parents / carers to meet and get information on services and support

Stardust will be starting this SEPTEMBER 2017 with weekly sessions delivered by New Youth Theatre
