Together with Al Noor Charitable Agency for the Needy, Zanzibar and our fundraising partners, we are working towards raising USD$20,000 to not only refurbish Sababa Modern School, but also revive countless dreams.

Our students and teachers embody resilience despite our humble appearance. We strive to offer quality education, but lack funds for urgent refurbishment. From crumbling walls to worn-out desks, our school needs a facelift to provide the environment our children deserve.

Sahaba Modern School is a primary school for orphaned and underprivileged children. The funds are required in order to bring the school to school to an acceptable standard as per the Ministry of Education requirements.

- Refurbishment of rundown classrooms Grade 2 to Grade 7

- Painting of the exterior walls and corridors

- Desks and chairs for Kindergarten and Grade 1

- A children play area and a small library, as required by the Ministry of Education.

- Support in paying school teachers as per the Ministry of Education standard - it cost $1,680 to sponsor a teacher's annual salary which we are struggling to pay
