At the beginning of the year our team was shocked by the tragic news that our friend and colleague Gábor Szuper was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. Originally this was thought to be an ongoing sinus problem so as you can probably understand this was a devastating blow for everyone. The prognosis was not a happy one and we were informed that Gábor may not have as much time as we would have hoped. In light of this we wanted to rally round and provide as much support and care as we could for our friend.

Gábor is a well loved, amiable and dedicated single father of six wonderful children, and a valued member of the NHS family. A passionate raconteur who could chat for hours, he could often raise a smile and really brighten the workplace. He is a keen motorcyclist and part of a local Motorcycling Club who have also stepped up to provide Gábor support and companionship.

You can join with us and help raise funds for Gábor to support both himself and his children during this immensely difficult time, and to give them the peace of mind that financial worries will not be a concern in the near future.

Initially we would like to raise as much as possible but have set a target of £5,000 as a goal to really strive towards. We have no doubt in the kindness and empathy of so many of you so feel this is realistically achievable.
