Alex is the most genuine, thoughtful and kind-hearted 17 yr old you could ever hope to meet. He means the world to an awful lot of people.

Alex has never been afraid to work hard in order to achieve his goals, and being a petrol head all he could dream off was to pass his driving test and buy his first car.

As soon as he was able, he began taking driving lessons, passed his theory just last week and hoped to pass his test next month. He worked really hard to save up enough money to put down a deposit on a Fiat Zetec S and was working nights in order to scrape together the remaining £1000.

His goal was in sight, until sadly he was involved in an accident on Wednesday night and ended up in Addenbrookes ICU.

Thankfully his condition is stable and he continues to improve slowly day by day with his nearest and dearest at his side, but its gonna take a while for him to get back on his feet.

Obviously he's is no longer in a position to earn the rest of that money for himself. So to show Alex just how much he means to us, we would love to raise the £1000 needed to buy the car that he loves, and give others the opportunity to show their support too.

We appreciate that money is tight and Christmas is just around the corner, but if everyone who knows him could donate even just a small amount, we are confident that we can smash his goal.

Any additional money raised will go towards his recovery and whatever he needs to get him back on his feet.
