We are very excited to announce that our original show is going to The King's Arms Theatre, 2nd-5th July!

‘Tea Party Party’ is a piece of new writing by a new theatre company comprised of 7 professional actor-musicians and graduates based in the North-West. The Greater Manchester Fringe will be our first fringe show as a new company and hopefully the first of many to come.

The subject matter of this show (coping with the aftermath of abuse) is close to our hearts and we will be working with local charities to use our show as a means of fundraising for them during one of our 5 runs.

We need to raise £1200 in total. We already have a £500 grant from the Huddersfield Trust which we are super grateful for.
Raising funds for the arts is hard and we're on a tight schedule. We have various fundraising campaigns currently running include a raffle (with some very exciting prizes indeed!) and fundraising events across Carlisle where we are based.

WHAT IS OUR SHOW ABOUT?
Our story is set in a Tea Garden and full of original songs. It is a sensitive, artistic take on a tough stigma in a story-telling style; monologues intertwine with corresponding songs all performed by a cast of two.

ABOUT US
- Making tasteful theatre about tough issues and stigmas to enable communication in a sensitive manner which raises awareness.
- To make artistic theatre which allows people the time and space to confront these stigmas and process it.
- Our chosen topics are written into subtle plots to create theatre shows that are interesting for the audience.

HOW WILL THE MONEY BE SPENT?
We are fundraising for accommodation costs and mostly getting all of our gear to Manchester and back in one piece! We have a 5 piece band not to mention our set and props! And if we have any left over we'll buy food!
