    Story

So many of us in the office are always talking about wanting to get fit, or do more, we often talk about organising a game of squash after work or joining the gym over the road from the office, but it never happens.

So as a company we decided to commit to an event that is not just good for our fitness, but is more importantly going to help support some truly good charities.

The London to Cambridge bike event on Sunday 2nd July seemed the perfect way to raise funds for our charities, so Team Fujitsu was created, with many of our staff joining the event to help support the good cause.

Our chosen charities do tremendous work to raise awareness and research for the development of life saving treatment, as well provide support to the sufferers and their families....

The Brain Tumour Charity (https://www.thebraintumourcharity.org/) is at the forefront of the fight to defeat brain tumours, making a difference every day to the lives of people with a brain tumour and their families.

NeST (Nephrotic Syndrome Trust). Nephrotic Syndrome (http://www.nstrust.co.uk/) is a kidney condition that mostly affects children that can develop into kidney failure. NeST are raising awareness and fund research so one day they will find a cure.

CAH (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia) Support Group (http://www.livingwithcah.com/). CAH is a condition present at birth where the body cannot release the cortisol hormone, this means the body is less able to cope with stress, either emotionally or physically, which can be life threatening. The CAH Support Group increases the awareness of the condition and raise funds to support research.
