I've raised £10000 to help fund transformational bursaries at Ludgrove School

I have given myself a personal challenge of breaking the fastest known time (currently 10 hours 58 minutes) on a 55 mile ultramarathon route around the Wokingham Borough boundary called The Wokingham Way.
I live and work at Ludgrove Prep School in Berkshire which provides a full boarding education for boys aged 8-13.
The Ludgrove Foundation is committing it's energy to funding up to five full transformational bursaries per year for boys in Year 7 and 8. The aim is to support boys from State Primary Schools who combine genuine need with potential and motivation. These awards truly make a difference, benefitting not only the individual from a challenge background but also the entire school community. To find out more about the Ludgrove Foundation click here.
I have seen for myself the benefit these bursaries have and want to play my part in fundraising for this worthy cause. To do so I have given myself a personal challenge of breaking the fastest known time (currently 10 hours 58 minutes) on a 55 mile route around the Wokingham Borough boundary called The Wokingham Way. I am currently hard at work training to take on this challenge in August 2024.
