Hi everyone,

This is my story that I have decided to tell to raise awareness for everyone who suffers from mental health, this maybe people who have gone through something like anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, eating disorders and many more,

recent experiences with anxiety and depression have made me make this decision to raise awareness and money for the relative charities and organisations involved in mental health, as the past week I have looked for the support that I have needed, but it was not available due to the government cutting the nhs budget and charity funding, meaning staff cuts and organisations being closed and with depression and suicide in young adults at a all time high, I am hoping this page can make a difference.

I appreiciate everyone that has taken the time to read this profile and I'm sure the charities that recieve the money would be grateful that it will be going to good causes to help people for the future.

I thank everyone for there feedback and I'm not looking to gain anything from this page, it's a personal thing that is close to me and i just want to help in anyway I can
