Hello to anyone that reads this. Apart from my full time job I volunteer as a community first responder. We are a group of nine people at present who have been trained by the ambulance service to respond to medical emergencies.

This includes carrying a defibrillator and can sometimes mean we can get first on scene and provid that vital first aid within the golden hour. A friend told me of this site, normally I don't agree with going on the internet looking for funds. We only have one medical response kit between nine people. We need another. The ambulance service fund the first but I am looking for people who may have first hand knowledge of first responders or know what a valuable assent they can be.

It costs around £3000 to provide another kit. I can't put a value on life but if it was my relations that could be saved it's a small price.
