At TSS all funds raised will be used to assist asylum seekers who have been housed in the Halton (Cheshire) area while their application for refugee status is being assessed by the UK government. While they are waiting (often one or more years) the review of their application they have only housing and five pounds a day for all other needs. They are not allowed to work.

Donations will be used by TSS to help and support the asylum seekers to live and feel part of the local community by; linking and helping them access local support groups/organisations, helping access education and health facilities; providing one-to-one support groups and community awareness activities; integration events. As well as assisting with immediate clothing needs, transport (bikes or bus fares), access to food bank support.
