At Two Rivers Primary School we are fundraising to help our pupil Jasmine, her Dad and her twin brothers.

Sadly Jasmine's lovely Mum ,Clare, passed away very suddenly on 23rd April - she was only 39.

We are raising funds to help the family to cope with their loss and to give them hope for the future.
