Story
We are the main choir of Liverpool University, currently comprising of 40 members from all departments of the University. We rehearse twice weekly, and aim to represent the University in the most professional manner through all aspects of the choir, our singing, appearance & professional conduct.
We have recently just taken delivery of a complete Mass setting for use by the choir. This work was commissioned by myself towards the end of the last academic year for use by the choir. It was written by local composer Mike Stubbs.
This year so far we have sung in Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, and the choir tour will give the singers a chance to experience singing in Various different locations.
The tour is happening on the 21st - 23rd April, and were singing in both Southwalk Anglican and Catholic Cathedral, as well as doing a concert in St Clement Danes, the head church of the RAF. Your donation will allow the singers to experience singing in such iconic buildings, whilst keeping the individual cost to a minimum.
