In memory

Story

Vilomah is dedicated to honouring and remembering all those babies that have sadly died before, during or after childbirth.

In partnership with SiMBA, Vilomah is installing the tree of tranqulity in Caithness area this year. I am raising funds for the development of the garden and help subsidise the cost of the leaves for the tree.

The SiMBA Trees of Tranquillity is a striking, life-sized copper sculpture designed to meet the needs of grieving parents. Each leaf on the tree can be customized with a personal message to honor a baby, offering a simple and peaceful way for parents to commemorate their child. The tree is meant to grow as more leaves are added, providing a lasting tribute. It is intended not only for those recently bereaved but also for parents who lost their baby years ago without much recognition. The Tree of Tranquillity allows parents to privately and publicly remember their lost hopes and dreams for their baby, serving as a poignant symbol of remembrance.
