Story
For the year 2023/4, Warwick Africa Summit's Community Impact team has decided to collaborate with a for-purpose grassroots initiative, AREAi (Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative). Their work is aimed at developing under-resourced schools and marginalized communities, leveraging technology, innovation and collaboration to close learning gaps, tackle digital inequity, and ensure skills development for poor and vulnerable children and youth from low-income families. More specifically we are supporting the DSA (Digital Skills Accelerator) for women and girls initiative. They're supporting young women and girls aged 13-25 in building digital awareness, competence and digital skills required to leverage digital tools and platforms for learning and or socio-economic advancement.
