We are excited to introduce you to the worldXchange Foundation, a dynamic organization dedicated to creating a positive impact on communities worldwide.

Our mission is to foster sustainable development, promote education in systemic thinking and leadership, and support initiatives that uplift the most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations and build more social awareness across the globe. We do this by connecting charity, social enterprise leaders and corporate organizations to collaborate and innovate in new ways, informed by systemic thinking and doing which creates a better world, better ways and better business.

To develop and continue our crucial work, we need your help. The next 12 months will see us develop new projects in:

- Exploring new creative collaborations on funding and projects between charities to exponentially increase impacts,

- New ways to innovate in healthcare and home environments tackling the crises in healthcare provision and housing,

- Training a million change agents in the principles of complex conflict resolution , bridging across divides in everyday life,

- Developing youth boards to influence the future they want,

- Providing reflective practice to those in community social support and development roles,

- Widening awareness and understanding of worldXchange and the opportunities of developing systemic thinking around the world.
