Story
Over the next year I will be taking part in a Crossfit work out, whilst wearing fire kit, every month culminating in a national Crossfit Comp next September.
I'd like to raise money for both The Firefighters Charity and The Grafter's Club over the next 12 month and donate the monies after taking part in the Ultimate Emergency Services Throw down Competition next September.
The Firefighters Charity supports both serving and retired Firefighters and their families whilst The Grafter's Club supports children and their families who are suffering from burn injuries and the subsequent recovery process.
Any and all support is very much appreciated.
