On Xmas eve, we will be travelling around Plymouth, delivering a roast, as well as presents and care packages to the homeless, as well as those less fortunate. We expect this year to help nearly 1000 people!

Started by Mehdi of Fuel, it's grown year on year into something really incredible. Sadly though, the number of people in need is bigger this year than ever.

The amount of people that simply would not have a hot meal this Christmas is staggering. People that are homeless, people living in a shelter having fled domestic violence, plus so many others to even list, the true number of people having a real tough time in our city is horrible.

As well as the roast, we will also be giving out much needed care packages. Things like socks, shower gel, deoderant, essentials we take for granted, but when your choice is between these things and eating, people just do not have them.

Extra hands always needed on 23rd and 24th December too, helping with all sorts from peeling spuds, to packing the boxes and delivering. Keep an eye on the Fuel Facebook page for details.
