YOU ARE NOT ALONE! was formed by Vicky in May 2023. following the death of her brother. and her noticing there is not much help in the Swindon Area, for people to talk about there mental health.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! meets weekly to provide support to men and women who are struggling with their Mental Health. It’s a fact that people find it difficult to talk about their feelings.

Its our aim to provide a safe space for people to talk about their feelings. It is also our aim to remove the stigma attached to poor mental health,. The priority is to stop individual's seeing suicide as the only option.

To achieve this goal, we need to raise funds so we can we can provide appropriate mental health support to our guys. We currently have 1 meeting a week and an online option, but Swindon is a big place and we would like to offer more meetings, and meetings on different days, so we can reach everyone.
