Steph Talbot was the founder member and chairperson of Yeovil Heartbeat from its inception and for the past 27 years. She sadly passed away on Wednesday 9th August. Donations in memory of Steph can be made to Yeovil Heartbeat via this page, or Yeovil Hospice.
