My name is Yoyo, I am a final year of Sport and Exercise Management at University of Kent. One of an assignment in Sport Event management is to create a sport event. Therefore, me and my group mate (Fiona) are going to organize a smoke free sport event for students and local community, which is 3on3 Basketball Tournament. The tournament is set to take place on 18th February, 2017 at Medway Park. Through the competition which can gather student from different university, student can learn from each other by exchanging skills and technique of basketball. Apart from exciting competition, our main objection is to deliver smoke prevention message to student and local community and impart a notion of right. Moreover, we will raise vital funds for Charities, such as wheelchair basketball, British Heart Foundation, NHS and Cancer Research UK.

We would like to request for your support regarding our needs. We are currently raising funds in order to gather £2500 which will be used for our uniforms, equipment, booking venue, referee, table official, first aid for the event, as well as other expense related to the basketball tournament. Your financial support will help us be successful in organizing the tournament.
