A Sadaqa Jaariya for Zayan Ahmed, beloved son of Zubair and Siryna, and baby brother to Saniyah.

Our dear friends, Zubair and Siryna sadly lost their beautiful 9 year old son Zayan, after he suddenly and unexpectedly became unwell. Zayan returned to his Lord on 11th June 2024 | 5th of Dhul Hijjah.

This campaign is to build a rural masjid in his name in Bangladesh.

Zayan spent 10 days in ICU fighting with strength and courage till the very end. He had always powered through his cardiomyopathy, since he was diagnosed at birth. Unfortunately, he took a sudden turn for the worst resulting in heart failure, following which he was put into a medically induced coma. After 10 long days, he returned to his Lord, peacefully surrounded by his loved ones.

This has been a devastating time for the whole family. Zayan was an incredibly loved and cherished little boy, always chirpy and chatty, making friends and leaving an impression with everyone he ever met.

We will always remember him as a wonderful, cool, happy little guy, who loved fashion, power rangers and Liverpool FC. He was a ray of sunshine and will be missed dearly.

More importantly Zayan had a deep love for his deen, which is why we would like to build a masjid as sadaqah jaariya.

Please remember Zayan and his family in your deepest duas. May Allah heal their hearts, give them sabr and reunite them all in Jannah. Ameen.
