Hi I’m Amar Ahmed,

I had a tragic accident on the 23rd August 2016.

I had the fall while climbing on a fence and fell onto an ex used railway bridge and fractured my spine. I Was Sent To Watford General Hospital For Clean up Of My Wounds & Then Operated on At The Trauma Centre At London St Marys Hospital.

I then had Major Surgery Which Pushed The Spine Back In Place, A Rod and Screws Fixed Into The Spine and Sustained Nerve damage which is affecting my Body From Waist Down, I Lost My Sensation At The Time Couldn’t Feel My Legs They Wouldn’t Move.

I’m Using An Wheelchair to Mobilise & I’m Unable To Stand Independently.

I was never given a standing frame from the NHS, the reason for this was a delayed discharge where I overstayed in the hospital.
