🎉🎉FUNDRAISING FOR A HOSPITAL IN JHELUM 🎉🎉
On the 29 July I will be doing the Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for a hospital in Jhelum, Pakistan. The hospital provide 100% free medical treatment for the poor. Visit www.muazzamtrust.org.uk for more details.

The Tough Mudder is a 5 mile run with 13 obstacles including running through fields, crawling under barbed wire, swimming through muddy pits full of ice water, and other similar “fun-filled” activities.
