It's World AIDS day on December 1st and I am running 10k to raise LOADSA WONGA for SPECTRA - an LGBTQ charity based in west London. They are there supporting our community on a whole manner of issues. They are absolute legends and I myself have been helped at a time of crisis and always will be forever grateful.

I can vouch first hand at how vital their work is and how important a role it has played in my own life. So if there ever was a time to put in a pound to a good cause....THIS IS IT!
