we are seeking to raise 1 million pounds to help with the construction of affordable social housing in brighton and hove the site would comprise of 1,2 & 3 bedroom properties and be let out to local council tennants in an effort to get people off the streets and will also include local facilities and job opportunities in either maintaining or operating these facilities the reason we are looking to make this happen is due to the lack of social housing available, we would like to make it easier for people to have an affordable place to live that is kept to an appropriate standard. in addition to this any money made from this project or for the forseeable future of this building that does not contribute to the construction or running and maintainabce of the building will be reinvested into future appartments of the same nature
