I am a relatively fit doctor with not much of a past medical history : - my life has been shattered with a new diagnosis a month ago with a rapidly growing cancer of the pancreas which is not surgically curable and may not be chemo responsive . I have therefore got months to life . In order to fight this dreadful disease , come to terms with it and help my family deal with the grief of life without me , i am requesting any form of financial help that would be greatly appreciated .
