World Challenge is an organisation that was set up to build the life skills young people need to live a life of courage, kindness and adventure.

In 2020 I will travel with World Challenge to Ecuador. I will be travelling with a team of students from school and together we will work with a local community to try and improve their lives by doing an activity such as helping build a school. The expedition will be a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, better understand the world in which we live and work as a team to overcome the obstacles and challenges that come our way.

The first challenge that I will face is fundraising for the expedition. To fund the trip I have to raise £3,500, the first thing I am planning on doing is running the EMF 10km on the 25th of May. This is the furthest that I will have raced and it is up Arthurs seat so will be a challenging course.
