Assalamu’ alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh my name is Abdul Ahad and i am trying to raise 10,000 cash for my friend in bangladesh to help him to fix the mosque that is in bad shape at the moment. due to lack of support from the government we need support. As you all must be aware the economic in bangladesh is really bad and to even get help is really hard as poverty and struggle is real. The masjid needs help with renovation and new facilities for larger space. As you can see from the pictures it does not even look like a masjid but brother and sisters still come and pray Subhan’Allah. my aim to help the brother with everyones help to make this a beautiful place to come and pray. Without everyones help it is impossible. Please lets team up together and help him. Anything is possible.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, “Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah – be it large or small – Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” [Sunan al-Tirmidhi)

The role of the Masjid has always been instrumental in the social, moral and educational uplifting of the Muslim community. In Prophetic times the Masjid was not only a place of sanctuary and prayer but also a thriving educational institution and lay at the heart of the society.

Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, when a person passes away, all his actions terminate but three… One of the best forms of continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) is to build a masjid on behalf of your parents. People will perform salah and other righteous deeds in the masjid.
