Story

The Masai people in Kenya and some of the poorest people with little access to health care.
I am a registered Nurse but God has given me a huge passion to try and make a difference to the lives of others through mission work.i have done missions around Africa to Swaziland where the HIV rate is 40% and in South Africa where HIV prevention work is also required. In February until beginning of March 2018 I intend to use my skills to help the masai people in Kenya. These people are desperately in need of healthcare but are too poor. They need help with hypertension, diabetes, cervical cancer, sexual health to name a few....I am trying to fundraise to go on this trip to help those who need this health care that they would never normally get without support of people like myself who will volunteer our skills. The registered charity I will be working with is called action in focus. http://action-in-focus.org.
