For the third year in a row, the kind members of our ABERDAM team have volunteered to give up their time on Chistmas Day to deliver festive food parcels to those in need across the city.

We are appealing to our fellow Aberdonians to nominate anyone in the city who they feel needs or deserves a festive food parcel to lift their spirits or get them through a daunting, expensive and, for many, very difficult time of the year.

Do you know:

• A family struggling to put food on the table this Xmas?

• An elderly friend or relative spending the day alone?

• Someone going through a stressful or traumatic time?

Whatever the reason, you can nominate someone in need of a lift by emailing in complete confidence their first name, address and a contact number (for delivery purposes only) to aberdamappeal@gmail.com

We’ll also be including a handwritten Christmas card with every parcel!💌

Fellow Local Food/Drink Businesses: Join us and donate food or drink items which we can include in these packages! Please get in touch via DM.

The Public: We have set up this Just Giving page to accept donations which will help cover basic costs to deliver this, such as food items, packaging, fuel, Xmas cards, Just Giving fees etc.

NO time will be paid from this and all additional proceeds above the necessary costs will be donated to this years chosen charity:
