Potential Sponsorship packages

The whole trip will cost approximately £10,000 this is for 25 pupils and 5 teachers.

A break down of the costs is below we are hoping to raise as much money as we can to keep the cost for parents down. This way we can hopefully make sure every child who wants to can take part in this fantastic experience has the opportunity.

Transport- 36400
Palm beach restaurant- 3 meals £1000
Boat trip- £250
Polo Shirts &caps- £450
Museum visits- £60
Wreaths - £20
Sponsor a child £160 ( we can divide that by the number of children.
Journey lunch costs- £300 ( £150 there and £150 back)

What can we offer in return
1-Logo on Polo Shirts
2- Publicity in whatever form the company require
3- Photographs of the visit at various historical places eg Pegasus Bridge, the War Graves.
4- Recognition on all paperwork “ kindly sponsored by…”

The children will visit a sister school in France who the children have been pen friends with since year 3, as well as visit museums and historical war sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the children and any help will be great fully recieved.
