We are rallying together to raise funds for Action Cancer in honor of our incredible friend and gym-goer, Sara, who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer back in 2022.

Sara has always been a vibrant force in our community — strong, spirited, and full of determination. Even in the face of this devastating diagnosis, she continues to inspire us with her courage and resilience. Her treatment costs £5,000 every 4 weeks, placing an immense financial burden on her and her loved ones.

This fundraiser is a way for us to show our support and give back by helping an organisation that offers life-saving services and support to individuals and families affected by cancer. Some of the funds will go directly to Action Cancer, a charity that provides early detection, prevention, and support services across Northern Ireland. The rest will go towards helping Sara with her treatment.

In addition, 16 gym goers from ABFit will be taking part in Battle For Cancer Glasgow this November, continuing the momentum after raising £6,000 for Battle For Cancer Dublin last year. We’re determined to push even harder this time — for Sara, and for everyone facing the fight of their lives.
