Abhey is very sick in hospital in Amritsar, India with a liver infection and complications. The doctors are trying to stabilise him and he may need a liver transplant. We are urgently trying to raise as much money as we can to pay for life saving medical treatment and to support his family.

Abhey has worked with many international volunteers in India at IDEX and ACE and was always there to help as a guide, translator and friend - especially mentoring those who were volunteering in India for the first time, myself included. His aim has always been to improve the lives of the children that the projects supported and to look after all volunteers from around the world. We are hoping to reach out to those who knew him and anyone else who would like to help.

It is a large target, but every penny will count! Any support you can give will be much appreciated by Abhey and his family. We are monitoring Abhey's progress and will keep you updated.
