I've raised £500000 to Eradicate Homelessness in Morayshire, Scotland.

My name is Robert (Rob) Law Founder and ideasman behind ABI Rentable Residences Ltd.
I'd like to share my plan to build an eco-friendly community of homes for the Homeless and support those individuals on a low income to get back on their feet. We ask for your support in this.
To end Homelessness, a roof over your head is a human right. Lets all help one another with a little compassion.
We aim to Help these individuals into work or further education. Whilst providing a community centre where residents and visitors can relax in a communal space.
We will be required to secure land possibly through The Moray Council by Asset Transfer or outright purchase, to enable us to build approximately 20 One Bedroom wooden and eco-friendly houses, similar in style to Glamping Pods.
Along with this we hope to possibly use part of the land to grow vegetables to be sustainable. We hope to be situated as close to local amenities as possible as our potential residents will not have access to personal transportation. Saving them time and a little money.
We also aim to build a Glamping Pod area on site so that the residents can run the site and develop new skills.
Our next challenge is to find a Local Construction Company to help build our affordable, bespoke and independant eco-friendly housing.
We plan to allow cheap rental costs, so residents can have a chance to find their feet again. To save for a better, more comfortable life.
After 6-12 months we aim to assist in transitioning to new accommodation. As well as help with returning to work or further education.
The project will require £500,000 to secure Land, Infrastructure and Building materials. Along with that, we aim to reinvest back into Morayshire.
We hope Moray and the rest of Scotland get behind us, so we can show homelessness the door.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and support if you can.
