Story
Amo Singh, who runs the Premier stores in Queens Drive, Cashes Green, was beaten up and run over by a gang of youths when he tried to stop them attacking a 15-year-old Polish boy outside his shop.
We applaud Amo's bravery and want to thank him for trying to make Cashes Green a safe and humane place to live.
Your donation will be a way of saying thank you to him for being a community hero.

7 years agoWonderful to see so many contributions to this page (and I think there's another which is also collecting incredible amounts. Amo and Sandy are really appreciative of everything you've given. They are planning on donating the money to a charity and will decide which one shortly. I'll let you know once I know. 7 years agoHuge thanks to everyone who has contributed to this which has raised much more than I ever imagined. I opened this page on a whim yesterday after reading the newspaper report. I'll be going into the shop today to talk to Amo and Sandy.
