Academy Heating Ltd & Friends are looking to set up a charity fundraising page to help keep the homeless warm and as comfortable as possible in their time of hardship and need.

Our mission statement is "helping to keep everyone warm this winter" As a heating company we do this on a day to day basis in people's homes, so we was thinking, it doesn't have to stop there! How can we help them that do not have the option of shutting the door at night on the cold outside???....

So we have asked around and got a few good ideas, Blankets, Thermal underwear, Thermos cups, Socks, Hats, gloves and scarfs... Please feel free to add your suggestion.

We are hoping to rise enough money to buy a good selection of winter warmers to hand out over the Christmas period and in the coldest months of Jan, Feb and March. For anyone who wants to get involved and donate their time, resource or a few pounds every little bit will help.

As I said before if anyone would like to help us with this please just let me know. I will keep you posted with all our progress and the latest news on this as things start gathering pace.
