Making it a Christmas to Remember.

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, its affected us all in different but similar ways, ways that I think we can all relate to and empathise with! The Covid 19 pandemic has had massive impacts on our lives...finances, redundancies, Mental Health, relationships and many, many more situations that have meant this year has been, and continues to be a difficult and challenging time for all.

Sadly we’ve lost loved ones this year Mum’s & Dad’s, Brother’s & Sister’s, Granddads & Grandma’s, Husband’s & Wife’s, Auntie’s & Uncle’s, Friends & Colleagues and many, many more! And obviously our thoughts are with everyone at this time.

As a child I was fortunate growing up, we always woke up on Christmas morning with a present at the end of the bed and a settee full of presents to open at stupid o’clock In the morning. We’ve also been lucky to have provided for our own kids with wonderful times and memories at Christmas, and yes, this has been challenging at times but again we’ve always been fortunate being able to make sure Christmas was a Magical and exciting time.

Unfortunately this will not be the case for many, many children this year, it’s not going to be a Christmas to remember and through no fault of their own they will go without presents and gifts missing out on that wonderful experience and excitement that every child deserves at Christmas.

This is where I want us to pull together and make this a Christmas to remember for as many children as possible. Every penny raised will go towards buying presents and gifts for Children across Stockport. We can make a difference but I can’t do this on my own and I’ll need all your help and support in making this a reality and truly making it a special Christmas for a many children as possible.
