I am trying to raise money for a very close friend/brother from another mother Acko, who has been diagnosed with throat cancer. After having surgery, he is now having chemotherapy and soon to start radiotherapy. He is self employed and will be unable to work for several months during & after his treatment. He has a beautiful family who depend upon him for the usual financial commitments of a family man, wife Sue, teenage daughter Bethan and a young son Sam.
Throughout his life Acko & his family have always been there to support everyone & anyone they can, however they can and I just think it's their turn now to receive the support they really need.
I would love to raise money for them so that it can ease the pressure from them a little, as they've got enough to worry about. In return for your hard earned cash donation I plan to join Acko on the 28th July in the bald club by shaving off my hair You will get to laugh at me and most of all you will be helping an amazing family during this stressful time. Every penny raised will be going to this great man and his family.
