Acquire Digital have teamed up with Sunflowers, A support group for families with children with additional needs. To raise funds through a special 'Cook Book' created by members of staff whilst they've been 'Working from Home'. Acquire wanted to do something creative to support a local group or charity, and learned about Sunflowers and the work they do to support so many families.

We hope our 'Cookbook' can help to raise much needed funds for the local group to help ensure the support they provide continues. You can download a copy of the cookbook below for a small donation... of course!

Sunflowers is a self funding support group run by volunteers which meets on a Thursday morning between 9.15 am -11.15 am for families with either a child under age 5 with Additional Needs or with a sibling under age 5 of an older child with Additional Needs.

The session starts with a swim, followed by some time for the Mums, Dads and/or carers grab a coffee and have some time to chat with others in a similar position, whilst our volunteers look after the children engaging and encouraging them in play and/or craft activities etc

During the school holidays Sunflowers try to put on additional activities to help the families during that period. We also have experienced people amongst our volunteers and other professionals who drop in to offer advice if wanted.
