Spending time outdoors improves physical and mental well-being!
Activate Health & Well-being CIC offer a holistic person centered approach to increasing physical activity and mental well-being by supporting people to make outdoor activity accessible. We use education and training pathways to help individuals, groups and families to develop the skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our Founder is an ex-service from the Queens Lancashire Regiment . Facing his own physical and mental health issues since leaving the military he has used his love of the outdoors to improve his conditions and now supports other people to do the same. Our Monday Club is a free walk for people to attend to improve their fitness meet new friends and spend time in the great outdoors. We don't charge for these walks but your donations are appreciated.
