Adams story

Ganglioneuroblastoma

I will try and keep this short, so please spare me a minute of your time.

Hi this is Adam,

Adam is 5 years old he has been in hospital for three months now and after several chemotherapy treatments and a major operation, in which the surgeons removed a tumour the size of a small football. He is trying his best to recover from this horrible disease. Even though the tumour has been removed it has left Adam with life changing issues to the nerves in his legs and abdomen. Due to this Adam and his family will have to be rehoused, they currently live with his grandparents his two sisters and two brothers.

We can’t even begin to imagine how much of an impact this has had on there lives.

So with the help of three of my good friends, on October 10th 2020 we will be challenging ourselves to a 24 hour snooker challenge. The help raise awareness for Ganglioneuroblastoma and raise funds for the family, to buy much needed household essentials and everyday items we all take for granted.

We will be live streaming event (8am start) so you can join in the fun, ask us questions, tell us a joke. Say hello or tell us just how bad we are. For the highest break in the tournament I will personally donate it’s equivalent in £‘s. Whilst we can all appreciate that this year has been tough on us all, please spare a thought for Adam and his family.

Thank you and see you all on October Saturday 10th at 8am.
