Weʼve raised £430 to fund a memorial tree on Beaufort Drive in memory of Adam Hardy. A special place that his family and friends can go to remember him.

Story
Adam Hardy died suddenly in April 2018, leaving his family devastated. We would like to plant a memorial tree on the green on Beaufort Drive where Adam lived, as a permanent reminder of the great man that he was and to provide a place that Sam and their children can go to remember him. The tree will be planted by Huntingdon District Council and will cost £250. We would also like to get a plaque put underneath the tree. If there is any money left, this will be given to Sam and her family.

6 years agoThank you all so so much for your donations. The tree is being ordered this weekend, we should have it ready for planting in the Autumn time. Once this and the plaque have been ordered - there should be some money left over to give to Sam. She is planning to take the children to a Nottingham Forrest match (Adam's favourite team) and will use the money to get something put in to the programme in memory of him. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts - what a wonderful community we live in!
