Story

I've recently returned from a magical place of Papua New Guinea where I visited few tribes inhabiting jungles and mountains. I was touched by the kindness and openness of people I've met on my journey. I received the warmest welcome form the chiefs and whole communities that made me feel like a part of their families.

However, my stay enabled me to see some hardship too.
It struck me to see kids working hard on the filed from the age of 4 to contribute their hard work towards household necessities such as food and soap.
Those children don't have fancy toys, they play with handmade wooden sculptures and many of them never tried chocolate. When asked about their dreams they said that they would love to go to school to learn about the world and to have a better future. They said to me that one day when educated they would like to earn money which will allow them to buy a plane ticket to visit me in the UK.
I've also witness sadness on the faces of those children that were not able to go to school when their fortunate friends that were able to attend lessons were sharing their experiences.

The annual primary school fee per child is K200 equivalent of £40!
There are around 120 kids that are currently unable to attend school but my aim is to fund fees for at least 10 of them.
