Story
On Sunday 22nd September Adam will be Walking the Wall and raising funds for ManHealth. The wall in question is Hadrian's Wall, one of England's most historical landmarks. Adam will be walking 26 miles of the ancient roman paths over the course of a 8 hours.
ManHealth run FREE peer support groups across County Durham. These groups are open to men affected by depression and other mental health conditions to share friendship and support. All ManHealth groups are run by men with lived experience of mental ill health. The groups are designed to provide an opportunity to meet new friends, helping to end the social stigma, and loneliness of mental ill health.
