In 2011, my beautiful son Adam took his own life at just 19 years old. He was vibrant, kind, funny, the life and soul of every room. There were no warning signs, no cries for help. His loss was sudden, devastating, and changed our lives forever.

I’m raising money for Adam’s Light, a new project set up in his memory, dedicated to preventing suicide in young people under 30. It will provide talks, workshops, and support in schools, colleges, and communities, helping to break the silence, reduce stigma, and teach people how to start life-saving conversations.

Every donation helps us keep Adam’s light shining and brings hope to young people who are struggling, often in silence.
