On October 6th I will be running the Cardiff Half for Pembrokeshire Special Needs Gymnastics Club. A club Ive been involved with since I was 6 years old, as a gymnast and to now as the Lead Coach. A place where Ive made friends for life and had so many incredible opportunities.

It's a fantastic club where young people and adults with additional needs come together to keep fit and socialise.

We pride ourselves in being the only charity, voluntary run gymnastics club in Wales!
