and further afield I am reaching out to all people in our lovely village in these crazy times (soldeu survivors) we have all come together and helped each other and I thought why not try and raise some money to show our apprecation to all the medical staff.

As some of you know I have started running in the garage of my apartment block, I have decided to set myself a challenge of running a 5km a 10km and then a half marathon 21km over 12 weeks
