As some of you may know, Adele has been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in the lungs. This is a terminal diagnosis. Adele is 41 years of age.

Adele and Simon have been married for over 8 years. They have the most beautiful daughter, Charlie who is 7 years old.

Adele Duff nee Holgate has worked in Bradford custody since September 2003. She has had to medically retire with immediate effect.

It's very difficult for us to know what to say or do at this time BUT wouldn't it be great if we can help them make some special memories. If we can collectively come together and show them how much we love them.

Adele and Simon would love to take Charlie to Lapland. I dont know if this will be possible given the pandemic and Adele's health, but maybe we could contribute to an extra special treat they could enjoy together.
