As many of you know five days before my wedding last year i received a call to tell me my father had died losing my dad was hard enough but to then be told it was from suicide absolutley destroyed me and as the months went on i could not understand why until recently when following other stories i realized there is no why all the answers have been taken away with that person the truth is my dad was battling depression on a daily basis and being a man didnt want to talk about his problems them problems then ate away at him and he couldnt cope anymore i want to raise as much money as possible to help men struggling with depression to stop any other family going through the heart break of losing there son husband brother uncle dad raising enough money an working along side suicide prevention charity could help save a life please help as much as you can if you cant then please call in on your friends or family if you think someone is struggling try your best to help them
